I haven’t really been posting on here, but I’ve been making better food choices lately. I’m starting to finally see small changes and this working out is really paying off. I feel more guilty about eating junk and I am so motivated by how good I feel. I’m still sticking to my fruit smoothies as either meal replacements or as s small snack, or eating a granola for a snack. I’m staying away from fried food. I didn’t get to go to the gym today so I’m going there right now after work. This’ll be my last formal gym work out before I go on vacation tomorrow. I have a lot of work nerves I need to work out so hopefully it’s a great gym session!
