Got to stuff my face with one last Chicago dog at the airport. I’m just glad I waited to cry after I was eating rather than during. Would have been an interesting sight.

On my way to LAX. Had a granola thin. I’m so nervous, I can’t eat.
I haven’t really been posting on here, but I’ve been making better food choices lately. I’m starting to finally see small changes and this working out is really paying off. I feel more guilty about eating junk and I am so motivated by how good I feel. I’m still sticking to my fruit smoothies as either meal replacements or as s small snack, or eating a granola for a snack. I’m staying away from fried food. I didn’t get to go to the gym today so I’m going there right now after work. This’ll be my last formal gym work out before I go on vacation tomorrow. I have a lot of work nerves I need to work out so hopefully it’s a great gym session!
Breakfast= multi grain pancakes, egg whites, sausage n coffee. Dinner is whole wheat spaghetti with carrots mushrooms and broccoli but I kinda ate them all before the pic
Went to Anchos with my grandparents. Had a little bit of chips and salsa and a grilled chicken salad. Not bad. I SHOULD go to the gym….

Ok lets try this again.. I loaded up on fruits. Blended a banana, a pear, blueberries and strawberries. Also added a tiny bit of chai tea smoothie crap. I think this is the easiest way to take in more fruits. I’m not one to crash diet at all but I think I’ll live off this and soup for the next few days. I’m craving del taco and subway :(
